Johann visited some amazing vineyards in New Zealand in November and the only one he brought 12 bottles of wine back from was Puriri Hills. The vineyard owner, Judy, is an American who got her MBA from UVA and opened the vineyard in 1999. Her son Gray owns a wine company in VA and has graciously agreed to lead a wine tasting of his mom's wine.

Tickets are $35 and will include five wines and nibbles.

Valentine's Day

Resident chef, Paul Kennedy, has put together a decadent dinner for you to celebrate with your loved one this Valentine's Day.

Tickets are $70 for 3 courses or $85 for 4 courses.


Our beverage team will always be offering the best in mixology and varietal sourcing.

We have the largest barrel-aged cocktail selection in DC, as well as a mix of innovative, modern cocktails, and timeless classics. We love wine, and have made it a policy to be as price-competitive with our selection as possible. The local beer community is thriving, so we also have our hand-picked selection of the best beers out there right now.

The premise of Prequel is to give chefs a platform to experiment with dishes, or an entirely new concept, that they would like to bring to DC. Pop-ups can last a night to three months, so always keep an eye out for whats coming soon.
