What are Pintxos?
Pintxos (pronounced peen-chose) are affordably priced bar snacks originating in the Basque Country of northern Spain. Consumed in one or two bites, these delicious morsels are held together by toothpicks, often served on a small slice of crusty bread.
Chef Alex invites you to sample his creative Mexican take on the Iberian classics featuring cues from his menu that have proven popular since day one.
Limited to 100 per night! Available Mon thru Fri from 4pm
Juntos, Spanish for “together”, is a concept designed to be enjoyed with others. Chef Alex Gudiel brings a focus on traditional dishes, executed with high quality ingredients and a passion for seeing guests leave with a smile on their face and a belly full of food.
Prequel is the perfect environment to come with friends, family or coworkers, and Juntos builds off this energy with many dishes that can be shared and passed amongst a group.
The “street tacos” are already proving to be a popular, signature item and the fresh tortillas in the quesadillas make this a stand-out item.
As Chef Alex’s residency continues at Prequel, he will be showcasing weekly specials that draw on his Central American roots and explode with flavors and, for those that can handle it, spice!
The menu will be available daily, as well as a modified version for large group events.
Tues to Fri: 11.30am - 2pm
