The mark of hard work, and dedication to making great food emblazoned upon everything we do. We proudly handcraft as much of the food as possible, starting with our in house pickling and daily bread baking, to our homemade ketchup and hot sauce. All items are built from the ground up for quality and value that simply can’t be found elsewhere.
With 4 floors of event space, we can help craft the perfect party, dinner or workshop!

Butaman brings a fresh take to classic Asian buns, incorporating deliciously diverse flavors from across the globe.
With a moveable ramp for entry into the building and elevator-access to all floors, Prequel is accessibility-friendly. Our staff will gladly assist in setting up the ramp.
